Sandra Whiles Coaching Ltd – DEI Policy
At Sandra Whiles Coaching, I believe that coaching should be an inclusive, respectful,
and empowering space where everyone feels valued and supported to thrive.
I am committed to promoting equality, celebrating diversity, and ensuring inclusion in my coaching practice, whether I’m working 1-to-1 with clients, facilitating groups, collaborating with other coaches, or sharing resources.
My Commitments:
- Respect for everyone: I treat every client, colleague, and partner with dignity and respect, regardless of age, race or belief, ethnicity, gender identity, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, disability, religion, socio-economic background, or any other characteristic.
- Inclusive practice: I aim to make my services and resources accessible,
approachable, and relevant to a wide range of people, being open to feedback and willing to adapt where needed. - Ongoing learning: I actively engage in learning around equality, diversity and inclusion, and reflect on my own practice, biases and assumptions to create a coaching environment where all feel welcome.
- Challenge discrimination: I will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or exclusionary behaviour in any context connected to my work, and will address any concerns sensitively and promptly.
How:
- I tailor my coaching approach to each individual, recognising and respecting difference.
- I use inclusive language in my communication and materials.
- I am mindful of accessibility when designing workshops, tools and resources.
- I seek diverse voices in my learning and professional networks.
