Coaching and Mentoring for Coaches
Are you a coach looking for a safe, supportive space to develop your practice? If you want space and support to explore how to develop and build your business, get feedback on a recorded coaching session using the ICF Core Competencies or mentoring as part of your ICF credentialing journey. I’m here to help.
I offer ad hoc mentoring sessions or tailored programmes designed around your needs. We’ll start with a conversation to explore what will best support your growth and take it from there together. Sessions are normally held on Zoom, or by phone – whatever works best for you.

Group CPD and Action Learning for Internal Coaches and Mentors.
I can provide ongoing support and CPD for your organisation’s internal coaches and mentors, helping them grow and stay confident, skilled, and effective. This can include Action Learning Sets to offer a structured, collaborative space for reflection, challenge, and growth. Designed for groups of up to 8, these sessions foster peer learning and real-time problem-solving.
Delivered via Zoom with investment from £500 + VAT per session

The Coach’s Gathering Community
The Coach’s Gathering is a safe, supportive space for independent coaches to focus on their business. It offers occasional workshops, residential gatherings, informal discussions, and affordable CPD sessions. Membership is open to anyone who attends an Introduction Day, held a couple of times a year.
Annie Lee, an experienced coach and coach supervisor, and I launched The Coach’s Gathering in 2020 after the idea had been bubbling away for some time. We’re both passionate about supporting coaches, sharing ideas, and championing each other’s business success, so we put it out there and it took off. Our first gatherings in July 2020 were incredible – 22 coaches coming together with energy, support, and momentum. Since then, the community has grown to over 100 independent coaches.

The Coaching Tools Newsletter
I produce a bi-monthly newsletter for coaches and managers-who-coach, packed with practical tools, resources, and useful links. It’s my way of capturing insights from CPD, reading, and my coaching practice, while giving back to the profession.
Alongside the newsletter, I co-host a Group Coaching Drop-in every two months with another coach, Diana West. It’s a safe, supportive space to explore different approaches, share experiences, and grow together.
